About Us
Cherryloom garments are made in our wholly-owned factory, Goodkraft S.A., located in beautiful Antigua, Guatemala.
Goodkraft employees are among the highest paid garment workers in Central America. Entry-level employees earn twice the fair wage minimum*, while experienced team members earn over 3x the fair wage. In addition, various incentive-based bonuses are paid throughout the year. Employees receive benefits such as 12-week maternity leave, free in-home medical consultation for all family members, a zero-interest personal loan program, and training and certification programs paid for by Goodkraft.
Goodkraft supports its local community through volunteer initiatives and partnerships with multiple NGOs including MAIA Impact School, Women's Justice Initiative, WINGS Guatemala, From Houses to Homes, and the Maya Health Alliance.**
Goodkraft is a licensed exporter certified through an environmental study and factory safety audit. The company has voluntarily implemented 100% biodegradable packaging for all products.
